Quality demands the ability to identify and trace deviations back to the process stage. From raw material shipment, the polymers are analyzed and tested before approval for use in production. Finished products undergo chemical, mechanical, cross-linking and long-term strength tests. This extends to continual testing of homogeneity, density and thermal resistance.
No shipment is allowed to leave the production facility without undergoing these tests. All of this is carried out within the ISO9001 environment.
